My tickets have not arrived via email...
First of all please check your spam folder to see if they are hiding in there. If your tickets have not arrived after 24 hours of your purchase, please email hello@iowtickets.co.uk stating your name, full email address and date you purchased your tickets and we will resend them. Alternatively, just come to the event and your name will be on a list at the door.
I would like to book more than 10 tickets...

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.
I am part of a large group, how can I plan ahead for my entry?
The foyer area at the Memorial Hall is very small. If you are part of a larger group please ensure that you have your own paper ticket or digital ticket on your person as we do not have the capacity for you to wait in the foyer to meet your group.
Is there Wi-Fi at the venue for me to open my digital ticket?
Wi-fi is a little sporadic, we recommend that you download your ticket at home and create a screenshot of your QR code that can easily be accessed in your photo folder when you arrive, without the need for wi-fi.
